qqvip Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

To register and use the qqvip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qqvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the qqvip platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering a qqvip account, you agree to the following obligations regarding the accuracy of your information and the security of your account credentials:

• All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify qqvip of any changes to this information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qqvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. qqvip uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the qqvip platform are governed by the following conditions. Players are responsible for understanding these terms before initiating any deposit or withdrawal:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. qqvip reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with notice. Transactions below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary.
• qqvip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used for deposits must match the name on your registered qqvip account. Mismatched payment methods may result in account review and withdrawal delays.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing KYC review.

qqvip offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• qqvip reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases where qqvip has reason to believe the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person. Bonus-sharing between accounts, including accounts within the same household, is prohibited.
• Players who open an account solely to claim a bonus, or who exhibit betting patterns consistent with bonus abuse (including low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play risk), may have their bonus cancelled and winnings voided.

Placing a bet or commencing a casino game session on the qqvip platform constitutes acceptance of the specific rules applicable to that event, market, or game. The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming sessions:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the qqvip system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are final upon acceptance unless qqvip declares a void in accordance with the applicable event rules.
• qqvip reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical errors, pricing feeds, or manifest errors. qqvip will notify affected players and refund the bet stake where a void is declared.
• In-play bets are processed in real time. Connectivity issues on the player's end — including dropped network connections on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other mobile networks — do not entitle the player to cancel a bet that has been successfully received and confirmed by the qqvip system.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG software (for non-live games) or by the live dealer and game equipment in real time (for live casino games). qqvip does not intervene in or modify game outcomes. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to qqvip support within 48 hours of the session.

qqvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, use of stolen payment methods, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, or use of automated betting software.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including operating multiple accounts, sharing account access, or any action that qqvip determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

All content on the qqvip platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the platform — is the property of qqvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qqvip platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the qqvip platform without the express prior written consent of qqvip.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqvip and its officers, directors, employees, and agents expressly disclaim all liability for the following:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of betting or gaming activity on the qqvip platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or delays in data feeds or live streams.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the qqvip platform, even if qqvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or corruption of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of the qqvip platform, howsoever caused.
